Donna Van Toen is a consulting astrologer with a full Saturn return of experience as a professional. She has taught and lectured locally in Canada since 1975 and internationally since 1981. In addition to her consulting work, Donna is the author of The Astrologer’s Node Book and The Mars Book, both published by Samuel Weiser and has had numerous articles published over the years in many astrological publications, including Dell Horoscope and American Astrology. She is currently a book reviewer for the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR) member letter. She is also Presiding Officer of the Association for Astrological Networking (AFAN) and convener of State of the Art (SOTA), an annual conference held in St. Catherines, ON. Canada.
