Astrologer, Author, Lecturer, and Teacher

An astrologer with over 30 years experience, Misty Kuceris works as a personal and corporate astrologer internationally. Over the years, she developed a technique she calls "goal-centered" astrology where astrological cycles of one's life or business are used to achieve specific goals of success. Goal-centered astrology takes the philosophy that each person is responsible for their own successes, both on a spiritual and material level. At the same time, this philosophy acknowledges that life is a series of cycles that may be repeated until lessons are learned and the cycles become spirals that are used as springboards for success.

Misty's personal clients focus on areas such as career development, relationship improvement, and financial stability. Misty's corporate clients focus on strategic planning, business expansion, and organizational development.

Misty brings her unique experience as both an astrologer and business professional to all her consultations, authored works, and lectures.

As a business owner, Misty held several volunteer positions, such as Co-Chair of the Small Business Committee for the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and Commissioner on the Small and Disadvantaged Business Commission for Fairfax County government. She developed and taught business courses for The George Washington University and Northern Virginia Community College. For several years, she owned and operated a 60-person company specializing in marketing.

As an astrologer, Misty is a Certified Astrological Professional (CAP) with ISAR and has held various positions in astrological organizations: past President of NCGR-Annapolis and The Astrological Association of Northern Virginia; past editor for OPA's Career Astrologer magazine; and past Membership Chair for NCGR-Annapolis. She is also Co-Director and Co-Founder of The Midwest Astrology Conference.

She has written articles for ISAR's International Astrologer magazine and spiritually-based publications. She writes a column on international trends for Pathways magazine and a monthly column on how astrological cycles impact people personally on her website. She has authored two books, Solutions, an instructional text on how to use the Tarot cards for meditation and Time on Task, a time management book for educators. Currently, she authors an annual publication on international Trends.

Misty has appeared on numerous television and radio programs and in newspaper publications in the United States, India, Middle East, and other Asian countries. She has lectured for various NCGR chapters, The Astrological Association of Northern Virginia, American Federation of Astrologers (AFA) national conference, Coptic Fellowship International, and World Predictions Conference in Mumbai, India.
